February 18 and 19, the consortium met in Singapore at SCHAEFFLER to review all the components for the prototype and set the course for its completion and rollout:
1.) The data integration: case data, web crawler data (e.g. website content, online profiles, user reviews, reverse image search), 3rd party data through APIs and databases (e.g. import/export data, earnings data, advertising data, jobs data).
2.) The AI/ML models: How well does the AI recognize bad actors already known to human experts, how reliable is it in its labeling, how helpful are “flagged” new cases.
3.) The interface: User interaction options and UI for the prototype.
4.) The organization: Test criteria and protocols for the user tests, tasks and processes for the dissemination and exploitation of the work (both the academic results and the prototype).
We left the buzzing metropolis with a concrete action plan for the final phase of ATTENTION! and most pieces already come together quite nicely.
